What is a private guest link?
A guest link opens the invitation with the guest's own name. Here is how it works and what it does not do.
A private guest link is one invitation link made for one person. When they tap it, the envelope opens with their name on it.
Why use one
It feels personal, and it costs nothing extra to read. “Khala Jan” sees Khala Jan, not a generic card.
How it works
The guest's name is part of the link itself. Nothing is stored about them, and no account is needed. The same card opens for everyone; only the name on it changes.
What it does not do
- It does not track who opened the card.
- It does not collect replies. A Patalox card is an invitation, not a form.
- It does not lock the card. Anyone who receives the link can open it, so send it to the person it is for.
Making them
Paste your guest list into the guest link maker. You get one link per person and a WhatsApp button for each.
